How to make PBO felt pads

 

PBO fiber

PBO material is prepared by solution polycondensation of 4,6-diaminophenol hydrochloride and terephthalic acid with polyphosphoric acid as solvent. It is a reinforcing material for composite materials developed by the United States in the 1980s for the development of the aerospace industry.
The strength is 5.8GPa, the modulus is 280GPa, which is the highest among the existing chemical fibers; the heat resistance temperature reaches 600℃, the limiting oxygen index is 68, it does not burn or shrink in the flame, and the heat resistance and flame resistance are higher than any other An organic fiber.
