We are a felt factory in Foshan, China, making the belts, roller sleeves and pads that keep hot aluminium, fabric and steel moving without a mark.

Every piece starts as loose fibre on our carding line and leaves as a needled, heat-set part made to your drawing. We supply aluminium extrusion plants, textile finishing mills, commercial laundries and steel processors, and we match the fibre to the temperature your part actually sees.

Let's get started

Four numbers and we can quote. If you are replacing a worn part, a photo of the old label is often enough.

01

Width

The working width of the belt, sleeve or pad, in millimetres.

02

Length or diameter

Belt circumference, or the roller diameter and length for a sleeve.

03

Thickness & weight

Felt thickness in mm and, if you have it, the weight in g/m².

04

Temperature

The temperature the part actually sees. This decides the material.

Frequently asked questions

What information do I need to provide? +

The size of the belt, sleeve or pad, the machine model and a photo, plus your delivery address and post code so we can calculate shipping. If you are replacing a part, a photo of the old label is often enough to start.

What is the ordering process? +

Send us the size for a quotation. We issue an invoice, you pay the deposit to our bank account and production starts. The balance is settled before shipment, then we send the goods and the shipping documents.

Which material do I need? +

It depends on the temperature the part sees: PBO for 600–650°C, Kevlar for 480°C (up to 500°C), Nomex for 260°C (up to 280°C) and polyester up to 180°C. Tell us where the part runs on your line and we will recommend the grade.

Is it normal for a roller sleeve to turn black after a few days? +

No. It usually means the roller is not turning freely. A sleeve that turns only once or twice when spun by hand will darken within days, while a correctly running Kevlar sleeve keeps turning seven or eight times.

Are there any additional costs? +

Import duties and taxes are set by your local customs and are paid by the buyer.
